The On Star reception on my 2023 Malibu was erratic. As it turned out I needed a new antenna for my car. A new antenna was ordered and installed. The coffee in the lounge area is excellent although there still aren't any doughnuts. Oh well, I guess you can't have everything. I'll just have to settle for their courtesy and excellent service.
