What exactly happened I went to that place to purchase a new Kia Soul for the price mentioned on their website which is $20,640.00 but that guy Brady said "we can't sell it for that price and that price is MSRP but our price is $27,000.00" when I refused to pay that outrageous 35% extra he said " if that the way you feel I guess I can't help you , have a nice day" he said while he was walking away. Scheduled an appointment for a trade in appraisal, got there, they immediately ran a credit application without my consent, and then starting talking money and numbers.... But during the entire time I was there NOT ONCE did they appraise my trade or make an offer. The ONLY thing they were interested in was the cash amount.
