Good experience I have visited your service center on Central Avenue twice this month. First for an oil change. Bill was great. He let me know there had been a recall and he set an appointment up to have that taken care of. I was unable to have the work done that day because of my schedule. When I went in for the recall Fayez helped me. He too was wonderful. Service was done quickly both times. I purchased my first Kia in 2012 and have been very happy with the cars and the service. More

Satisified I was able to get a same day appointment for my KIA. The service adviser Bill was wonderful. He kept us informed about any issues with our vehicle. We I was able to get a same day appointment for my KIA. The service adviser Bill was wonderful. He kept us informed about any issues with our vehicle. We needed our car back by a certain time and they were able to assist us with getting it back in time. The only issue we had this particular visit was the service department was running behind and they could not get to our car until the next day. More

My main issue every time at Taylor Kia is their cleaning skills 👎🏼 It’s never a job well done as far as vacuuming and a car wash which is disappointing because I pay for that when I go there for an oil change. With that being said, not many places include a car wash and a vacuum when you go for an oil change so I do appreciate that but come on...if you’re gonna do it, then do it right. Also, I was told that I could be put in to a drawing to have my car note paid for one month if I gave my service guy a perfect score and then my service guy said he would put me in a drawing of his own to win $100. 🤦🏻??? Excuse me?! So basically you want to bribe me to lie just to make my service guy look good. I think not!! He better earn that perfect score. That’s ridiculous and I’m sure some people love this idea just so they have a chance to win money. Won’t catch me doing that. Instead of encouraging us customers to lie, encourage your employees to work a little harder! More

Service I actually had a recall replacement service appointment. The service person, Bob Dunlap, was kind and punctual with the service of my Kia Forte. He e I actually had a recall replacement service appointment. The service person, Bob Dunlap, was kind and punctual with the service of my Kia Forte. He explained the process and how long it would take. The car repair was finished early. It was washed and checked over, with all fluids topped.
