Once I found the car I wanted on their website, it was easy to get an appraisal for my trade-in and So the Vroom process was actually quite seamless. Once I found the car I wanted on their website, it was easy to get an appraisal for my trade-in and go through their internal financing process. My vehicle was delivered quickly even over the holiday period, which was a plus. They also took possession of my trade-in at home which was also quite convenient. I'm still awaiting registration, but I hear that should be happening soon as well. Overall, I'd give them an A for service and the overall car buying experience. More
