Terrible delivery, perfect recovery My sales guy, Giovanni Garcia, was a 10/10. Super helpful, worked incredibly hard, stayed in constant contact. My finance guy, brandon, was awful. Wro My sales guy, Giovanni Garcia, was a 10/10. Super helpful, worked incredibly hard, stayed in constant contact. My finance guy, brandon, was awful. Wrote my contract wrong, lied his way through conversations and got annoyed with me for reading through my whole contract (which is why I figured out he had it set up completely wrong in terms of financing time). Gloria Plymale, the customer service (I think) lady, was awful. She literally doesnt know how to respond to emails. I left three voicemails and multiple emails that went unanswered as my delivery reached 5 days late. Throughout the process, you see that nobody in the company communicates with others in the company. On the 5th day of lateness, diane boyd (more on her later) guaranteed my delivery that evening between 6-8pm (at my selection). However, at around 930pm I received a phone call from the manager of the Stafford location saying that I have two choices, get my own inspection or delay my delivery further. After I was told the car got inspected the previous day. I chose to do it myself. I then got a call around 1030 from the same guy telling me my car was on it's way and that he had just gotten off the phone with my truck driver. The truck driver called a few minutes later and said that he hadnt even seen my car and had been waiting to hook it up for well over an hour. The manager, rodrigo (I think) was a sleezebag and a liar. However, in comes diane boyd to save the day. I received my car 5 business date late, at 1am instead of 8pm. She has gone out of her way to do anything and everything she can to make me happy. If the process required only her and Gio, this would be a 5 star review. The car didnt have the fuel level I was promised, wasnt clean, had rust, a dent and a few other undisclosed issues but diane has worked with me to get them handled. 2/5, but only due to the lack of communication from my customer support lady, my lackadaisical finance guy and the skeeze of a manager who blatantly lied to me more than once, then got audibly upset with me for calling him on his lies. Thank you Diane and Giovanni, yall are a 5/5. The rest of you shouldn't be employed. More
