They could have done better I live in the Houston area and the Tahoe I purchased was coming from California. I was told that I would get DAILY emails and or phone calls to updat I live in the Houston area and the Tahoe I purchased was coming from California. I was told that I would get DAILY emails and or phone calls to update me on the progress and location of my SUV. Such as, when it would leave California, when it would arrive in Texas, when it would go thru TX inspection, when it was finished with inspection, when the delivery service was going to pick it up and when the vehicle would be delivered. I received a total of (0) zero phone calls or emails. I had to call Customer Service to find out the status at every turn. After they received my check for the Tahoe I never heard from my sales person again unless he needed something from me. At one point, I called to get a status report and they said my car would be delivered the NEXT day! This was news to me! Needless to say, since I never received a phone call I was not prepared to be at me home to receive the vehicle. So I changed my plans to be available and when I called back to let them know and to schedule a time they told me it was still in inspection. UGH!!! It was like calling the IRS, every time you call you get a different answer! On a good note, the Tahoe is exactly what I expected and it is absolutely beautiful. It is the ONLY good thing that came out of this experience. I will think twice about buying from them again. The only reason that I am recommending the dealership is because I am VERY please with my new Tahoe...not so much on the Customer Service and followup. More

They've sold us 3 vehicles in 3 years and are a hard act to follow! We also took the vehicles to our mechanic during our test drives to perform a pre purchase examination. If there were any concerns, they addressed the issues prior to delivery of the vehicles. I can't say enough great things about Texas Direct and Vroom! More
