Our vehicle had some defects that were not described and about 6 months into ownership, the rear bumper came loose. We could tell it had previously been glued back on as a temporary fix. We also noticed a passenger rear seat lever was not functioning. We sent some emails but not a very good response. The sales team and buying process was extremely easy and I would recommend to someone, just really inspect your car up and down when you take possession. More

"Atrocious Certified" We purchased a suburban from Texas Direct Auto(TDA). We specifically asked if there was any major rust on the vehicle. The salesman told us "No". Then We purchased a suburban from Texas Direct Auto(TDA). We specifically asked if there was any major rust on the vehicle. The salesman told us "No". Then we pay to get it shipped ourselves. When the shipping company arrived to pick up the suburban Texas Direct Auto couldn't find the vehicle. The shipping company was there for over 3 hours waiting to for Texas Direct Auto to bring them the Suburban. TDA sent them to different departments to pick up the Suburban but it was never located. The shipping people got tired and left because Texas Direct Auto couldn't find the vehicle. So the shipping company called us because our Salesmen wouldn't answer his phone. We then tried to contact him and it took us a couple times to get a hold of him. We had to go back and forth on the phone between Texas Direct Auto and the shipping company trying to locate our suburban.. Our shipping company graciously went back once they found the suburban. When the suburban was delivered and we were able to look at it, there was so much dirt and grime on the outside of the Suburban that it looked a different color. We got into the Suburban and there is popcorn all over the place with empty and half drunken water bottles throughout the vehicle. In the doors jambs there were tons of acorns with mildew and more grime. (They probably couldn't find the vehicle because it was at someone's house under a oak tree in the woods.) Then it gets worse! We have to pay to get it cleaned and Texas Direct Auto will only pay $50 to get the suburban cleaned. No-one would do it for less then $300. Once we got it cleaned we notice that 3/4 of the vehicle had been repainted but paint job was poor in quality to say the least. All the clear coat is coming off the vehicle and it has rust spots. Then it rains and we notice the roof is leaking the driver seat belt was soaking wet. We look and the top of the roof is rusted through. At this point we are so aggravated. We call TDA to discuss with them to have the roof repaired and t 3/4 of the suburban re-painted and they take several days to get back with us about a decision. Their first proposal is that we can get a new vehicle. The manager should have handled our situation since his salespersons misrepresented the vehicle, but no he just pawns it off on another salespersons who is the same as the first.We tired to work with the next salesman but the new salesperson they gave us was not helpful and just told us to look online. There wasn't anything comparable to what we got so he wasn't really worried about us. He tired to sell us a 15 passenger van. Then we discuss with the customer rep about having them just repair the roof and repaint the 3/4 of the vehicle.. They asked us to get quotes from local body shops. Some would not touch the roof because they wouldn't be able to warranty it. We get two quotes from two local companies and TDA says they won't pay for that. TDA will only pay to have it patched. Patching a roof won't last. That is why the shops here said they wouldn't do it because it will start rusting again. So then TDA suggest that they will pay to have the vehicle shipped back to Texas and looked at. They would repair it and ship it back. That would be over $1000 in shipping cost. We agreed as long as they warranty their work for the life of the vehicle. TDA said they only warranty it for a year. (That is because they were going to half-repair the vehicle.) So we told them that we wanted to just have them take it back and now they are saying that since we are past the "buy back" that they aren't paying for the cleaning that they agreed to. TDA is a mess. TDA showed pictures on their website of a different suburban then what showed up at our house. Or they photo shopped it to make the outside look better then it looks in real life. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! TDA says they are "WOW certified", I would have say they are "Atrocious Certified" More

Super high quality customer service, Zero Pressure, and smoking deals on Very High quality car and the selection is epic ! I toured the lot and could not find any car that was less than outstanding. If you are looking for a new car or truck, give these folks an opportunity to put there buying bower and inventory to work for you. You wont find a better situation anywhere ! More

Ask for Trace Werner...best car shopping experience "EVER" I must say that I had a great experience at Texas Direct Auto (Stafford, Tx). When you drive up its a bit overwhelming because it looks the Six Flags of car dealerships. The park lot is full but that shows that they're doing something right. I was immediately greeted by two ladies that was specifically greeting people as they come and guiding individuals throughout the store. i had already applied/approved online and was coming in to view the vehicle and complete the purchase. I previously was working with sales rep Josh Hughes who was well aware of my 3 hour journey to the dealership. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was already feeling slightly irritated that Josh Hughes did not acknowledge my arrival nor answering my text/calls so I requested a new sales rep...his lost. I was then introduced to Trace Werner who greeted us with a friendly smile and totally changed my overall perspective of the dealership. Trace walked us through the buying process and made us feel like we were his only customer. Although he was new to the car industry, his customer service was one to never forget. He stayed with us through the process never leaving our side and make sure we were comfortable and helped us find the perfect vehicle (2013 Lincoln MKZ). We ran into a few obstacles but he helped overcome our concerns and answered all our questions without seeming like we were bothersome. My guard that I had up when we first walked in was completely down. Trace exceeded all our expectations and got us a great deal within our price range/monthly payment. I will definitely purchase vehicles from Texas Direct Auto (Stafford, Tx) in the future. Due to the excellent customer service by Trace . I am having my mother come in and purchase a vehicle from him instead of Car Max. If you want a car salesman that will set aside time to make sure you make the right purchase vs a rep that is working with 4-5 people at the same time then dont ask for Trace. He truly made car shopping fun and at the end of the day, he got me into a car I love. Thanks Trace Werner for everything you did today! You are a true car salemen at best and I hope that you continue to excel in the car industry. More
