Jarrell Cooper was definitely a 5 star customer service salesman. He was very helpful without being pushy and was committed to spending any amount of time needed to make sure our purchasing process went smooth. Our finance guy on the other hand, I would give 2 stars, but don't feel appropriate judging the entire dealership from our poor experience with him. Purchasing many vehicles previously, I knew where my interest rate would roughly be and he kept running my credit with companies I've never heard of that were twice what the final interest rate was. I finally had to tell him i'll get my own loan, and in 5 minutes was approved with my own banking institution. Ironically after he received that call from them he brought me back papers with a more realistic interest rate. This is the type of bs that pushes people away from dealerships, so be leery. Hopefully that was just a one off experience with a guy who wasn't used to working at the type of dealership texas direct likes to represent.. More

Great concept I love this concept of the dealership. The fact that I can pick the vehicles i want and test drive immediately is much more efficient than other deale I love this concept of the dealership.
