Danny had a passion for what he did, and great experience which helped inform my decision. I didn’t pull the trigger on my 2019 Crosstrek until months later. He was helpful throughout the whole process. Post purchase, I’ve even reached out to Danny for clarification on a few of the eyesight feature. He’s been glad to help! I couldn’t be happier with my purchases or more confident in my decision. I won’t be leaving the Subaru family any time soon. Lou was patient and showed me all of my options and after considering many cars, Lou produced the car I was meant to own! Each day I admire my fabulous new car which is the "Sport" model. Now I know it is loaded with lots of fabulous equipment but I am still in the early stage of overall admiration of the car in general. Great place Tony a car. I can to this dealership looking for a car that wasn’t there. Chris got on the phone and went and got it. This could be a very long review because I h I can to this dealership looking for a car that wasn’t there. Chris got on the phone and went and got it. This could be a very long review because I had totaled my car in Kentucky and my wife is very ill and was to have surgery. So to say things were very complicated would be an understatement. Chris took control of making it possible for me to get the car that I really wanted. It’s still not completely over but I have my car. I’m waiting to get the check from my insurance company for the car I wrecked so I c make the down payment I promised. The long and short of it is that if Chris and her management had not gone way over the line I would still be looking for a car. I am driving a dream car and it’s all because of Chris and Tom Wood. PS I’m writing this on my phone and it is so small I can’t proof it. Sorry! More
