He expertly explained the various features of the four different trim levels. He was very knowledgeable about Subaru’s in general as well. After several visits looking at the Assent, and several other brands of vehicles, I finally decided on the Assent. Lou helped me go through all the optional assessories that I could get and I ordered my new ride. It came in and it’s beautiful! Lou went thru the vehicle and all the amazing features with me.
