Jake helped me buy my first car and honestly it was a great experience. Dealerships can be scary and can feel like a lot of pressure, but he made it relaxed and fun and I really appreciated that. The dealership was very quick to return my inquiry concerning the availability of the vehicle I had found using Cars.com, with Debbie replying to me via email (and eventually phone) in less than 3 hou concerning the availability of the vehicle I had found using Cars.com, with Debbie replying to me via email (and eventually phone) in less than 3 hours of my request, and setting up an appointment with her was very simple. I ended up being slightly late to the appointment, calling ahead to let them know, and they were very forgiving about it. I was able to test drive the vehicle within seconds of my arrival. The salesperson, Jake, was incredibly friendly and sociable. In addition to helping me navigate the streets in that unfamiliar area, he also was taking note of small issues we found in the vehicle, making a list in order to schedule free repairs at a later date. I liked the car, and decided to take it on-the-spot. Throughout the test drive and the signing of paperwork, it never felt like Jake was trying to cram additional sales items (such as extended warranties) down my throat, and didn’t make me feel guilty of not going for the few things he did advertise. At one point, the paperwork showed an higher price than was stated on the Cars.com posting, and once I pointed that out they willingly dropped it down to that price instead of giving me some bs reason why it was different, which for a used car dealership was quite refreshing! Even though we stayed later than closing time, the staff was still willing to help me and remained cordial throughout the process, especially Jake. Most of the wait time was in finding banks to go with my finance options, which was annoyingly long and monotonous, but in all fairness most banks had closed by that time. The chief financial advisor was also quite friendly, and gave me several options for my payment plan. He did push for a lot of extra purchases to add onto the finance plan (one of which I did take), which was slightly crass, but was still significantly less oppressive than other salespeople/financiers I’ve worked with, and was one of the kindest, too. All in all, I had a great experience, and would recommend this dealership to others looking for a used car! More

Had a service appointment today for my 2018 Toyota. Very friendly & helpful service advisor who took care of everything. Spacious,clean waiting area with a coffee bar. I like that the technician working on your car sends you a video of his preliminary inspection of your car with recommendations for further service you might need. Along with the recommendations you get actual prices for the particular services. I enjoy communication and that's what you will get at Cedar Park Toyota! I didn't have to wait long before my car was ready to go and I was on to my next errand. More
