This place is Awesome! ! I accidentally scheduled my appt. at a different place and showed up to Toyota thinking my appt. was with them and Dennis Donovan was so understandi ! I accidentally scheduled my appt. at a different place and showed up to Toyota thinking my appt. was with them and Dennis Donovan was so understanding and he was able to squeeze me in anyway. He was so very kind about the whole incident and I was so very Thankful!! Everything was very efficient, easy, and didn't take very long. I highly recommend them!! We had a terrific experience at Toyota of Cedar Park. We had to trade out of our very lovely Avalon TRD and get a vehicle that was more affordable. We also had the pleasure of working with Alex in delivery, who was very kind, professional and informative. Pedro our finance manager was amazing at explaining the process and showing us all our great warranty options. We had a fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Even though we had to wait about 4 months for our 4Runner to arrive, our salesperson Steven Croll kept in touch with updates (even when there finish. Even though we had to wait about 4 months for our 4Runner to arrive, our salesperson Steven Croll kept in touch with updates (even when there weren’t any) so we always felt informed. When the car did arrive it was just as expected and the final part of the sales process was a breeze. Mikayla was so friendly and helpful with the additional accessories and walking through all the details of the car. Toyota of Cedar Park has been a great place to buy our last 2 cars (thank you Steven for your great customer service and sales expertise!)- we will definitely recommend to others.
