Steve Croll was our sales advisor. First off, everything about this place is 5 Star. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and offered refreshments, snacks, it's very clean and every looks presentab about this place is 5 Star. Just look at their website, everyone is dressed nice for their portraits compare that to Ford/Chevy we're they're wearing ball caps, iphone selfies, it's ridiculous. We showed up unplanned at 5pm on Saturday and were given Steve Croll as our sales guy. I liked Steve right away. He didn't sit us down to stare at a computer to see what Tundra's they had. He took us straight outside and showed us each and every model he had, which was easy b/c they're all in the same place! That's another thing, Ford and Chevy I felt like we were walking all over the place, half the time the sales guys didn't even know where the vehicles were!! Steve also was able to answer every question I had and did an amazing job of showing off the features of the different Tundras, and I can tell he's the type of guy who if he didn't know the answer, he would go find out for you. He played a big part in our decision making b/c we really were not planning on buying a Tundra but we did! My neighbor is a Sales Mgr here and the whole process was so smooth and efficient I think we were done by 830. Job in financing was so awesome too. Highly Recommend More

We were let down every step of the way and experienced terrible communication and terrible customer service. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Go where they value you, your time, and your money.  After putting a deposit on a 2022 Sienna and waiting 4 weeks, we arrive to find they ordered the wrong car! Nobody noticed it was the wrong car. We had to be the ones to find this out. We were rightly upset but were still willing to work with them. They said they’d have a replacement car in a little over a week. After a week, we get a call to hear it has been delayed a week. Not great but we stuck with this process. After waiting another week and hearing no update, I have to reach out to them. The car has been delayed another 2 weeks. I express my frustration and my salesperson says, “my director is about to call you”. We NEVER hear from anyone. After waiting 6 days, I finally reach back out to inform them we want our deposit back if we don’t hear from someone ASAP. They call and make this miracle effort to find us the car in a neighboring state that can be delivered the next day. Where was this effort weeks ago? Why is it only after I threaten to move on did I get any real assistance? Why does no one call us with updates along this journey? We’re frustrated but want this car so we show up the next day to find the car is not what we wanted. AGAIN. This car was missing one key feature for us that we’ve seen on other makes and models along this journey. Our salesperson brings a manager to sit down with us where he tells me “oh you didn’t expressly say you wanted this feature”. So instead of profusely apologizing for getting it wrong again, I am told I am to blame. Completely baffled at being treated like this. I escalate this matter to Jason Laguna (general sales manager) so I can express my displeasure with his whole team and this experience. Jason made me feel as though I was a waste of time and that I had no right to be upset. More
