Roc is a warm, decent professional whose crisp, efficient way should put anyone at ease. He was not rushing us, but Roc was always mindful of our schedule. (The bathroom was so much so that it borders on intimidating.) But if the superficial details were solid, so what, right? That's when the staff does more than breathe life into the place. The sales staff are not tripping over themselves so I never felt pressured or just another sale. Everyone was pleasant. Jordan in Finance was the most accessible person in that responsibility I have encountered, and that's saying something. (The Finance Manager at Ed Morse in Delray Beach was a tough act to follow.) Alex likewise was helpful in the car prep. Seriously recommended. More
