Waited over 5 days just to have my car looked at, charged me to rent a car, tried to up sell me. When I got my car back, it’s running but it still makes the warning noise as if something is still wrong with me to rent a car, tried to up sell me. I like the sitting area where I can get a coffee and peruse the gift shop while I wait for my car to be serviced. Even though they are busy, they keep me up to speed on the status of my car. Their predictions about how long I’d have to wait were accurate, and the shuttle is there if I want to head to nearby shopping. It’s not the usual drudgery of getting the car serviced—I actually don’t mind going. So now my car’s in ship shape! More
