Adam, in the service department took ownership of my needs for the fuel module recall, and some other issues I had with my driver door, (not staying open in sequence clicks). And I had some questions ab needs for the fuel module recall, and some other issues I had with my driver door, (not staying open in sequence clicks). And I had some questions about calibrating the collision avoidance system, along with the camera and the radar. They installed the Recall fuel system parts. Seem to adjust the door. The collision avoidance radar needs about two hour service call to test properly. They just took it on a straight line test drive and noticed no problems. The tech needed to take it on a longer curvy road test drive. The system, along with tech calibration needs a return to the shop. Thank You, (SFTom) More
We have used Cedar Park Toyota for some time now and take both of our vehicles to them for routine maintenance. Normally my wife does not complete this chore and it is left to me; however, on this occasion, both of our vehicles to them for routine maintenance. Normally my wife does not complete this chore and it is left to me; however, on this occasion, my wife took our truck in for an oil change and waited at the dealership. After waiting for approximately an hour, she contacted me and ask if I had received a video of the oil change progress. I had not. This is the rub, the hour wait is not the issue, the issue is that no one met with her at any time during that hour to give an update status. This was totally unsatisfactory and if it happens again, we will find service somewhere else. More

Cristal was very accommodating helping schedule my dealership appointments despite my fluctuating schedule especially given the massive volume of business they do. Ron was very respectful, easy going and professional, as well as pro active in getting inventory lined up to try out. Unfortunately his "team leader" leader who didn't identify his title when meeting me swooped in during this process, and gave off an oily used car salesman vibe" he acted like everything he did justified his role in interrupting the sales process with Ron was bringing value, when in fact Ron had already attended to the same things already. Not sure if this "good cop/bad cop" dynamic is status quo when delivering an appalling appraisal estimate of my cars trade in value but I could have done without that guys existence during my visit at Toyota Cedar Park More
