Awesome experience with Jeanine Sallemi My service person was and will be from now on Jeanine Sallemi. The battery was dying in my 2015 Toyota Tundra. I even received a video from the technician explaining everything that was being checked. She treated my wife and I with true customer service. Full disclosure, I use my 4Runner for overlanding/expo events and can be quite picky letting anyone touch it. Having several terrible experiences with another local Toyota dealership, I wasn't looking forward to my visit. Much to my surprise, the folks in the service department were fantastic! The service tech, Sean, was also a huge 4Runner enthusiast and knew EXACTLY what I was looking to accomplish, he delivered spot on. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, take your car here people! Big shout out to both Sean and Jeanine Sallemi for the excellent service. More

Give them a shot. My wife's Sequoia won't start, so we thought we'd give the new Toyota of Cedar Park service a try, Initial response was very good, but at no time was My wife's Sequoia won't start, so we thought we'd give the new Toyota of Cedar Park service a try, Initial response was very good, but at no time was there any mention of any fees if we did not do the work there. 3:30 the next afternoon they finally notified us that the quote is ready (text message with a video file - which is pretty cool). $1600 dollars to have a starter replaced - outrageous. We called another location (Lamb's Automotive on 1431), and they quoted $900, so we sent a tow truck over to move it. Before Toyota of CP would release it, they charged us $160 dollars for diagnosis fee, for a starter...which many places do for free. UPDATE: The Service Manager at Toyota of CP quickly reached out, and transparent in his response, as well as addressing / correcting the situation, and offering a sincere apology. It is clear, they are working hard on to onboard all the new team members, get the right processes and procedures in place to offer great customer service, and be a dealership we are proud of in Cedar Park. Greatly appreciate it and this is great customer service. They are refunding the diagnosis fee, as well as the towing charges to the other garage. We will give them a shot in the future, which may be some time, as Toyota's don't have a lot of problems. More
