Terrible service was there 3 hours told vehicle being worked on and then told no one had even started on it after 3 hours and was just the service recommended by advisor. I spoke to Mr Wilson the service worked on and then told no one had even started on it after 3 hours and was just the service recommended by advisor. I spoke to Mr Wilson the service manger have not heard a word back from him on why that occurred . Sad communication by advisor and manager. Guess they don’t need money in service so let a customer not get work done and not ever coming back . More
Takes entirely too long to get service done. Even with appt, 10,000 mile service took 3 hours and 15,000 service took 2.5 hours. This is my 7th Toyota and I always service with Toyota Dealers; and even w appt, 10,000 mile service took 3 hours and 15,000 service took 2.5 hours. This is my 7th Toyota and I always service with Toyota Dealers; and even when I just walked in for service, I have never waited this long. I think this dealer needs to look at how they schedule their service appointments. More

Felt Unwelcome While I understand that COVID-19 has changed things, 2 years ago, I had my airbag replaced under a manufacture recall - at the same dealership. I felt While I understand that COVID-19 has changed things, 2 years ago, I had my airbag replaced under a manufacture recall - at the same dealership. I felt fairly treated at that time, so I am comparing that experience to the most airbag recall replacement(yes a replacement for the other recall replacement). I arrived at the appointment time of 9:30. I was prepared to wait, like I did for the last airbag recall replacement. My request to wait was denied, I was told to make another appointment(now the reason I arrived at 9:30 was because I had an appointment). So, I asked if they could shuttle me to work. Which she then agreed. I waited at my Cedar Park office, which was empty because most people WFH right now. I texted Amy at about 6:10p and asked if the car was ready, she replied with yes, and asked me if I needed a ride again, I replied yes. After I arrived at the dealer, I saw the paper work, I saw the car was actually ready at 4:30pm. Had I not called, I think I would have been stranded in Cedar Park; I live 40 miles away. In addition, I was never given a multi-point inspection report. It was not attached to the email, or printed out. I get it, without supervision, things fall apart. More

I had an appointment on Saturday afternoon for an oil change. I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. No car wash or tire rotation. Employee was very courteous and kept me informed on the wait time. Not sure if making an appointment makes any difference. I won't schedule on Saturday afternoon again. I actually chose that time because I knew it would be cooler in your dealership than mowing my yard. 😁 More
