Good experience No one likes waiting for their car to be serviced, but this was as pleasant as it could be. Kimo in service was communicative and friendly. The waiting room is very pleasant, roomy, with free coffee as well as a Starbucks inside. The tvs were set to HGTV with the volume off and subtitles on, which i love because i can read! Painless. Great service I have taken my Toyota Highlander to Toyota of Cedar Park many times but this time I was not under warranty. My experiences have always been great the I have taken my Toyota Highlander to Toyota of Cedar Park many times but this time I was not under warranty. My experiences have always been great there. Their staff in service are always friendly and concerned on making sure they do good work and it meet my approval. They have a great waiting area that is relaxing and allows me to get a little work done while waiting. They look over my car carefully and if they find anything else wrong with it they should you the exact stats of what their repair people found. I feel that they want to make sure that I am safe and in good hands on the road driving my car. I have always had great experiences and would highly recommend this dealership. Ricardo was my service coordinator and he was great but so far all of the service coordinators have also been great to deal with. I usually don’t have to wait very long even for unplanned repairs. Quick and Eady Came in for oil change that was due. I did not have an appointment yet Brian said it was not a problem. They checked everything out under the hood and the tires too. Needed to have front tires realigned ( knee I had hit a curb a month or so ago) Brian advised me of cost and also that my 2 year warranty period was completed in October 2018. He said he wanted to make sure that I want ‘surprised’ with having to pay. I did know that the service was on my nickel but appreciated the fact that the dealership wanted to keep me up to date. My work was completed in under 70 minutes and I was on my way. 😄 More
