We called another location (Lamb's Automotive on 1431), and they quoted $900, so we sent a tow truck over to move it. Before Toyota of CP would release it, they charged us $160 dollars for diagnosis fee, for a starter...which many places do for free. UPDATE: The Service Manager at Toyota of CP quickly reached out, and transparent in his response, as well as addressing / correcting the situation, and offering a sincere apology. It is clear, they are working hard on to onboard all the new team members, get the right processes and procedures in place to offer great customer service, and be a dealership we are proud of in Cedar Park. Greatly appreciate it and this is great customer service. They are refunding the diagnosis fee, as well as the towing charges to the other garage. We will give them a shot in the future, which may be some time, as Toyota's don't have a lot of problems. More
