I was disappointed with my recent service experience. I did not get the video that usually comes with the service, even when asking for it, nor did I get the usual car wash either. In addition, the email I did not get the video that usually comes with the service, even when asking for it, nor did I get the usual car wash either. In addition, the email I received with the estimate for the additional recommendations showed that my alignment was fine (green dot); however, I was told when picking up my car that an alignment was needed and completed. I agreed to an alignment, if needed, when dropping my car off however, neither the email with the recommendations or the text from the service advisor mentioned that prior to pick up. Lastly, I was mistakenly charged for the service( oil change/ tire rotation) when I told the service advisor that I had the extended service warranty when dropping off my car. This was at least the second or third time I’ve been mistakenly charged for service that is covered by my extended warranty. The mistaken was corrected however, I do not feel this should be occurring as frequently as it does especially when notifying and confirming the extended service warranty with the service advisor when dropping my car off.
