My husband and I went to drive a Toyota RAV4 to compare with the Honda CR-V and Kia Sportage. We told Ryan that we were looking for a new vehicle, and he was very helpful. It had everything we wanted - leather seats, sunroof, AWD, the right color - at a lower price than a brand new RAV4. The vehicle hadn't yet been detailed, but it was Toyota Certified. We asked for a couple of add-ons and got them with no problem. Ryan is a friendly sales associate who went above and beyond to help us. Closing was painless with no pressure. The entire staff were friendly to us, and we actually enjoyed the experience. When we picked up our RAV4 a few days later, it was spotless and had that 'new car' smell. The staff at Toyota Cleveland was very helpful and did not pressure us to do anything we did not want to do especially when it came to service contracts.
