Melvin Houston and Kelly Medina I have to tell everyone that my experience with internet salesperson Kelly Medina was exceptional! I called her from Albuquerque and asked her more t I have to tell everyone that my experience with internet salesperson Kelly Medina was exceptional! I called her from Albuquerque and asked her more than 20 hard questions about the 3 pre-owned Sienna vans I was trying to decide between. I kept her on the phone forever, but Kelly was still very patient with me and answered all my questions honestly. Based on my gut feeling that I had found a fair and honest salesperson, we drove up to Santa Fe to see the 3 Siennas. Kelly was superb as a salesperson! She showed us clean and ready vans, and we took 2 test drives. We bought one of those vans and I have never been happier! The financing person, Melvin H., was also very professional and never pressured us to buy more than we wanted. I can't tell you how relieved we were that at no point during this entire process did I hear even one small lie or deception. I sincerely recommend Santa Fe Toyota, and especially Kelly Medina for your next Toyota. After having a miserable experience at the Larry H. He was friendly and professional and genuinely cared about our needs! He sat down with us and got to know us and our wants/needs before we even looked at the cars. Michael listened to what was important to us as a family and the reasons for buying a new car. He cared about what was going to best for us long term and he never once pressured us to make a decision. We narrowed down the options, drove around the lot, and decided to take a beautiful Toyota Camry out for a test drive. Michael was incredibly knowledgable about the vehicle and taught us about Certified vehicles during the test drive. We have never had such a positive experience when buying a vehicle and we felt comfortable with Michael and trusted him fully with our buying needs.
