We told him exactly what we didn't want, games; but that we needed guidance in finding the right truck for our needs. We were not in need of a new vehicle but just wanted to upgrade. Michael never gave us pressure, he was willing and patient as we made our way between the Tacoma and the Tundra and back. We ended up trading in our Jeep Rubicon that day for a Tundra that we love. There was a moment that did make us uncomfortable. We were walking into the store after a ride or two and a couple of the other sales reps were sitting on bench loitering and they began to heckle Michael. It my have been their friendly banter but as a first time customer my wife and I found it inappropriate. Had we not gotten a little time to know Michael during the test drives it might have been enough to make us go elsewhere. More

Purchased a 2015 4Runner We were looking to purchase new 4runner and live in ABQ. We went to the dealership in town, but decided to give Toyota of Santa Fe a chance as well. We had purchased a vehicle there before and had a great experience, but wanted to give both a chance. We ended up going back to Toyota of Santa Fe and working with Trini. He was very responsive, great to work with and had us in a vehicle in less than 4 hours from our first email conversation. We sav a couple thousand dollars in the process as well. With a trade-in we were able to secure an EXTREMELY good deal on a 2015 model that really beat anywhere else we looked, both in town and out. On top of that Michael went above and beyond to ensure the car was pristine when we took it off the lot. He had it detailed for us twice (a stripe on the roof was missed the first time) and really went out of his way to ensure a tiny dent on the hood was rectified. Customer service is made a priority at Toyota of Santa Fe and the price I paid speaks for itself. This is the 2nd car we've purchased from them. More
