We have been loyal and trusting customers for over ten years, having owned, over time, 5 Toyotas. When we decided to buy another, Beaver Toyota was the only dealership in which we had 100% confidence. Their response to my dissatisfaction was immediate, calming, and fair. They stood behind their satisfaction warranty. Like the years of professional and extraordinary service we have experienced, management went above and beyond to accommodate us. I personally dread the car buying experience and found this experience to be pleasant and relatively painless. We worked with four different employees. Each was exceptionally polite, personable and professional. We felt that the staff was truly interested in locating the best vehicle that would suit our needs. They were honest, ethical and trust worthy. I would purchase another car from this dealership with no hesitation. If you live in Albuquerque, it is well worth the trip to Santa Fe for a positive experience. Melda was our sales person and she was not pushy at all and her laid back demeanor was a positive. Both managers we interacted with were courteous and extremely helpful. More

This is the second time I have purchased a car with him and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who doesn't like the typical hype from cars salespeople, because he's something else. He is inquisitive and really works hard to match you with exactly what you are looking for and he does an excellent job of it. I have been very happy with the clear cut and easy process. He had also done some prep work so that when I arrived made it easy and convenient. He got me a great price for both purchase and trade. He made the total experience pain-free. World-Class Toyota Dealership Just Around the Corner With all of the new cars we have purchased in the past, we had no idea just how fantastic the Beaver Toyota dealership would be when we first walked i With all of the new cars we have purchased in the past, we had no idea just how fantastic the Beaver Toyota dealership would be when we first walked into the showroom. After looking at Toyota Camry models without success in our home town of Albuquerque, we decided to venture one hour north and to our great surprise, found a truly world-class dealership in Beaver Toyota. Our world-class sales professional was Brent Buell who instantly created a no-pressure zone around the entire process of purchasing our new Camry XLE. Never before have we EVER had that kind of a fantastic experience in purchasing a new vehicle! Brent is clearly guided by the principle of finding the right car for his clients at a price that works for both the client and the dealership. We literally can't overstate what a pleasure it was to work with Brent. Because of all the features we were looking for, we were not easy clients. Brent even searched the dealership's Toyota sales region which includes several states and provided us with information on other available Camrys. Then he pointed out a Camry with all the features we wanted -- plus a couple more. Then he worked with the dealership to make that Camry ours at a truly fair price! And then there is Sandra Navarro! So just when we thought that Brent was probably the only great professional in the dealership, we met with Sandra to work out the final financing details of our purchase. As it turns out, Sandra is another world-class professional at the dealership, as she carefully yet efficiently walked us through all the options and details of the sale. Then we actually took delivery of the car and found that the preparation of our new Camry was truly great as well. It was at this point that we were convinced that most everyone and everything at Beaver Toyota is done at a truly exceptional level.
