Every time I've needed assistance in the service department, Andy is the person I can count on. He will always take the time to answer your questions ( even returning calls) and if there is ever a p department, Andy is the person I can count on. Turned out there was a small crack in the windshield and they were on top of it, and fixed it immediately with no hesitation. I even got a new 2012 loaner when I took my car in for the protective coating. (which took a shorter amount of time than what they said it would, bonus points) I would recommend Beaver Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Brent was fantastic!
