I have not bought a car here as of yet. We have moved to Santa Fe from CA and do get our RAV4 serviced at Toyota of Santa Fe. The whole team at Toyota of Santa Fe seemed honest, caring, and open. I especially enjoyed my salesman, Gary Hillman. He went the extra mile to make sure all was well.
