He is the perfect sales person because he is not working his agenda. He is there to serve the customer and give them what they want. He gave me exactly what I needed to know and MORE. He knew he would not sell me a car. That didn't stop him from helping me nor did it cause him to try to influence me to buy one and take it to CA. If I lived here I would seek Mike out to buy a car from him. I would without a doubt tell people about him. I work as a professional who trains sales people to do EXACTLY what Mike did for me. A transaction is just a willingness of buy and sale, probably not a trick of math. If you say you did the math wrong and you're sorry, then you are unprofessional. Maybe learn a bit arithmetic? If you say you don't like your customer offered a price that's just $200 lower than your price, maybe you personality does NOT suit this job. More

Top notch I never considered buying a vehicle online but the opportunity and service Francesco and staff provided, made it so easy, that I would do it again in I never considered buying a vehicle online but the opportunity and service Francesco and staff provided, made it so easy, that I would do it again in a heartbeat. It went so well that two days after buying my Tacoma, my wife traded her highlander in for a new one. Both vehicles were delivered to us in Colorado Springs.
