Fortunate to have met Trini Gallegos About 8 months ago I began my search to purchase a Highlander Platinum. During that time Trini and myself communicated via email and. It once did he not get me the information I needed. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. When I was ready to purchase, unfortunately the management was unable to meet my price quote. I did not buy from Trini as my price was a ridiculous low offer. My broker found me exactly what trini had also found me during my search. Although I did not purchase from Trini, I look forward to seeing him when I take my Highlander in for service. I recommend Trini Gallegos when you're shopping for a vehicle. I feel when you're shopping you get too many sales people telling you what you want to hear. I found Mr Gallegos, you don't get that and is a straight shoother, knowlegable, honest and amazing over all. If I had not been quoted a price by my broker I would've definitely purchased from Trini. Left out in the rain I know over the years I have not been a favorite customer or one that is particularly valued (I am female and know nothing about cars/servicing). Aft I know over the years I have not been a favorite customer or one that is particularly valued (I am female and know nothing about cars/servicing). After servicing my car, I wondered what it is they do value. I had my car serviced the week before and had a problem--I telephoned the service department to make an appointment--but they said to just come in after I drove back from Arizona. I cannot evaluate the servicing, as I am at the mercy of the repairman to know that what he is doing is necessary and needed at whatever price they present. I paid my bill and was told the car would pull up outside. I waited outside around 20 minutes--in the rain--and no car pulled up. The service center was closing--workers walked/ran by me to their cars. Cars and trucks were driven into the garage for the night--where I continued to wait hoping my car would show before the garage door closed. Finally, I said to an employee that I would come back the next day to pick up the car if it was not ready as I was paging for an Uber ride. He demanded to see my papers-(my paid bill I think he meant). Apparently no one told the serviceman (who probably went home) that I had paid and was standing out front waiting for my car to be pulled around. Several people got a good chuckle out of this as I drove off. More

First experience about five months ago, I wanted to test drive an Avalon an salesman acted like I could not afford vehicle. I have college degree with 810 credit score. The next incident was recently, I went into dealership to see new Camary and a salesman arguing with me over different models of Camary's and he stated I have been selling Toyota's since 1991. I stated " I have been buying Toyota's since 1987. I went to speak with manager and he followed me in to office and started saying" I told him LE is the low end model". I yelled and stated I know! I have being buying Toyota for 30 years. He pointed his finger at me and stated "get out". He was rude and wanted to one up me. I have brought Toyota's from all over the country and always have been treated well, except for Toyota of Santa Fe. I purchased a Camary from the same dealership, when it was Beaver Toyota, 11 years ago and was treated excellent. Since the change over, the dealership seems to have decline! I feel extremely unwelcome as a Black Person! More
