Don't waste your time. I need a new car, I have money, excellent credit and I'm ready to buy. The undercut your 'trade-in' they ALWAYS say they will get you the best deal but have NEVER given me anything other than FULL RETAIL. Best Experience with a Toyota Service Center I've Ever Had I've owned a variety of Toyota's for the past 35 years, and exclusively used only Toyota Service Centers throughout the country for their maintenance. I've owned a variety of Toyota's for the past 35 years, and exclusively used only Toyota Service Centers throughout the country for their maintenance. Toyota of Santa Fe's Service department was absolutely outstanding with a very complicated and involved issue (created of my own doing - no fault of Toyota craftsmanship) with a 2004 Prius. Joe Sanchez kept tabs on the process, guided me through both new and used parts purchases. oversaw the project and had the patience of a saint when dealing with my travel and auto idiosyncrasies. The entire team was always friendly and helpful, and Joe Sanchez "went the extra mile" for me more than once, always with a smile. This was no question the very best experience I've ever had at a Toyota Service Center ever, anywhere, and I've used probably more than a dozen of them around the country. Highly recommend without hesitation. More
