I've read a ton of reviews not just from here but from multiple websites and hmmmm we consumers seem to have the same complaints over and over. Customer service sucks for one and they sell you a car that puts you soooooo xxxx upside down that you can never get a trade or refinance. I have been paying $415 a month on my car since 04/2014 and these MFs will shut your car off if you're past xxxx 4 days late (their grace period) I mean really now! sold me a car not even worth $9,000 at the time and yet so far I've paid nearly $15,000 and have yet 2 years of $415 a month payments REALLY!!!!! You all are a bunch of crooks and should be sued! More

Mitsie is the best she was very straight to the point. It was the after the fact that has disappointed me a little. I needed my vehicle serviced because it was having some issues. I was told I was at my 30th day that particular day I called so therefore couldn't get the service needed. However, I can get it done now with a fee. I think that needs to be altered, especially if you get a vehicle that has not been fully serviced. Some of us are not looking at this place as a crappy car lot. More
