Horrible service -Car service was finished 5 days later then I was told, when I called to get the bill faxed to chase in order to get my check for the car I was told " -Car service was finished 5 days later then I was told, when I called to get the bill faxed to chase in order to get my check for the car I was told "i am busy to help you, leave a message for Rich", sat at chase for an hour and a half called multiple times and got the same answer, however GEICO calls them and instantly gets to speak with Rich and gets my info faxed instantly. Rich Kerrigan then never called me back and when I went to pick up my car I sat in the "busy" office with no other customers for 20min before anyone asked if I was being helped. Rich never showed up and I had to get my car back from another salesman who knew nothing about my car. They also added work on to my car after the appraiser cut the check, causing me to get less money for the auto body fixes. I called the appraiser who stated the add one were not verified by him. I am also a nurse who works nights and politely asked not to call in the AM because that's when I sleep, Rich calls at 8am, 9am, 11am leaving voicemails saying "please call me back" as if there is an emergency. I will never return to this service shop again and it truly has me rethinking Subaru in general. I never leave comments or complaint about services but this was some of the rudest and unprofessional work I have ever seen. More
I didn't have an appointment Tom asked me if I had an appointment, but I did not. My second time here for service. Tom asked a technician to work through lunch so I would be out of there in time to get my child off the schoolbus. All the work to be performed was gone over before anything started, and then it was all recapped for me at the end. I'm fully satisfied and appreciate the effort the team took to get me in and out of there without wasting a whole day. More

He also had to deal with a rather stop-start process of car hunting (on our side), and fit into our busy schedules. The dealership was not reluctant to write a deal for a new arrival to the US, with no credit history, and did their best to structure the deal to make it workable. Michael even went the extra mile and bought a car ribbon to put on the car, when I had mentioned to him that my wife would really appreciate it - which she did! More
