I took my truck in for a check engine light under warrantee. They said they wouldn’t work on the transmission codes unless I spent $895 to put all new injectors in it first. I told them the injectors didn’t need to be replaced as it’s running fine. And when I declined the service they charged me $165 for a diagnostic fee which wasn’t even correct in the first place. I complained to the service tech, who got the manager, who got an even higher manager. They all told me that I was not getting a dime and I was stuck paying full price. Disgraceful. I could have had it diagnosed at o Reilly for free. I bought two trucks here but im never coming back again. This was the last straw.
