I took my 06 Chevy truck in to have diagnostics performed. I lost speed 5 then 4 then all at once. I found harness going into the relay toast, so I had to replace relay and harness. So I back probed harness and would get intermittent power assume it was switches. Replaced switches. Still not working. Since fuses can partly fail, I replaced both, the 30 and the 40amp. I wanted to have dealer confirm before I dropped over a 100.00 for a blower fan. Just to find out the harness was bad, again. I could see movement in the A/C Delco harness. And by the way this was my 2nd harness because first one I couldn't get a good connection, due to the loose pins in harness. My issue with this dealer is he verbatim wrote down what I replaced and since the blower was not replaced he said he would "recommend blower to start" he also wrote he had power and ground ..... I did too but it would come and go it was not constant, hence why I changed the harness a few times and checked my connections ..... So what I get from this is he looked at what I replaced and said "well he hasn't replaced motor might as well change that"...... Rather then do some actual work and diagnose for sure the motor..... Like idk try one on it?? Very upset spending 150.00 for someone to just check off a list, More

Recommending this dealership is a Maybe not a definite yes. We brought our vehicle in, there were quite a few things that needed to be taken care of. The needed repairs/maintenance was taken care of. I picked up the vehicle, drove it for a day, and noticed something unusual but could not tell what was wrong. I thought maybe a tire was hitting something in the wheel well. My husband was out of town and did not drive the vehicle until 2 weeks later. This car is not our primary. We had to bring it back in to get it fixed. When we brought the vehicle in it did not have this issue, but did when picked up and job completed. When we came back in we wanted to make sure that we were not going to be charged for this. The response was "well don't count on it" It came back in on a Tuesday early am, had not been looked at until Thursday late afternoon, after several calls to see what the status was. We did need this vehicle as our son was coming in from out of town and uses the car. We got a call late Thursday that it was Weston's error, and would be looked at by the mechanic that did the repair the next morning. The vehicle was ready and done by Friday afternoon. I picked it up, I had asked to speak to the customer service person that handled our account. I never did hear back from him. I have several concerns, It did not indicate on the repair invoice that the car was driven to make sure it was driving well, etc. That is not good practice. We spent over $4300 on the repairs etc. I wanted to know what the Quality control practice is for Weston. It appears that there is not a QC policy. The car is driving well and fortunately we were not charged for it. More
I worked with Nikita. The car that I bought had issues within 24 hours of me owning it. This was pretty disheartening and put a bad taste in my mouth, but Weston Kia did e The car that I bought had issues within 24 hours of me owning it. Giving 4/5 stars because they did make everything right, and I am satisfied, but there were a lot of hands in the pot that weren’t all communicating with each other. In the end, this is the second car I’ve purchased from Weston Kia, and will probably go back again. More
