I was prepared for an hours long agonizing negotiation, but it was so simple and straightforward. He even showed me all the taxes and fees right at the outset so there was no big surprise after negotiating the purchase price. The whole process was just so smooth and stress-free, I couldn't be happier! Jaspreet even stayed late so that my husband and I could drive back home to Hillsboro and come back in one car so we could drive the new one home right away. This is what car buying should be. More
This dealership had high points and low point. I docked a star because some issues we had with a new car (literally died on the way off the lot) and when we went to trade it in for a new one that I docked a star because some issues we had with a new car (literally died on the way off the lot) and when we went to trade it in for a new one that was finally in stock a couple months later they increased their markup and would only slightly lower it for us even though we did not get sold a reliable car. I know those things are mostly out of their control but the least they can do is match the markup when we originally bought the car!!! They also did not give us the trade in offer of the original price of the car that died leaving the lot like promised so we ended up selling elsewhere! So far no problems with the new car. It seemed like Thomas our sales guy really tried to fight for us but the powers that be would not budge. Pretty greedy. More

They didn't believe me about the remote problem, took 2 new remotes in to be programedany they didn't cut the keys too. I am still having the problems with remotes. I can't get answer of what receives the signal from the remote. Is it the ECM or a separate module? I beleave that is the problem and think it may have something to do with heat because the problem is always seems to late in the day when it has its problem. More

Pam was driving by your dealership and noticed a new color vehicle we thought was Optima but later found out it's called K5. The next day I was on your website checking out new models. I received a message that Scott would call me. He did and offered to bring this new model K5 over to show us. The rest is history we signed a new lease. We were treated like royalty by Scott during this experience. He definitely was totally concerned about needs and what's. We only had to make one trip to the dealership to sign papers.
