We are pleased about the vehicle although were told that we could get a second key made at Lowes or Home Depot for a minimal cost. We feel your dealership should have provided us with a second key. Instead we could get a second key made at Lowes or Home Depot for a minimal cost. We feel your dealership should have provided us with a second key. Instead we have run around town to get the key and ended up at the local Kia dealer and excess of $40 which is not fair in our opinion. More

Finance manager became aggressive and rude while trying to fill out paperwork, was told there was a warranty left on a vehicle but all of a sudden it didn’t have warranty. They didn’t want to budge on that to fill out paperwork, was told there was a warranty left on a vehicle but all of a sudden it didn’t have warranty. They didn’t want to budge on that so we left finance. We are so disgusted with the way we were treated, our parents cancelled their service appointment and will be going somewhere else. More
