A certified service employee by the name of Gary was absolutely wonderful! He listened to everything I needed done and was able to concisely explain the procedures and wait times. He also changed a tail absolutely wonderful! He listened to everything I needed done and was able to concisely explain the procedures and wait times. He also changed a tail light himself for me, the customer, so that I was able to leave quickly. Very very very excellent customer service from him and another female technician whose name I unfortunately do not remember. All wonderful employees at this location. Came in to get some service done on a 2014 Kia Soul. I walked out with a 2021 Kia Soul! I had been looking at the updated models but didn’t think it would pan out so I decided to wait. Allwyn (AL) was ver walked out with a 2021 Kia Soul! I had been looking at the updated models but didn’t think it would pan out so I decided to wait. Allwyn (AL) was very respectful in sales, and Hector was great in finance! They were both able to find me a much better rate and gave me the ability to say yes! I’m very happy with my new ride. If you’re debating whether to upgrade or buy new this is the place to go! They will work with you to get you best deal along with being compassionate to your needs as a client. More

We were flabergasted at the price of what we thought was a lube job (Used to be 24.99) When we got home we realized that we had been charged for a cabin filter. No wonder the price was so high. No one asked us if we wanted the filter (although the paperwork says we asked for it). They also tried to sell us windshield wipers (had them on the van) We caught that. Some one was trying to up his sales price. We are thinking of going to jiffy lube next time. All we want is a lube job, not a scam job. This is the first time no one asked us about any extras. We are greatly disappointed that we seniors were taken for a ride. More
