I always use Weston Kia for maintenance on my car. I bought it there (2013 Kia Soul) also. I think they're fair and honest. I recommended them to my son and his girlfriend. When I first arrived, nobody greeted me for almost 5 minutes. I was told that I had an oil leak but not where. Also was told that my car was sending a check engine signal and was told it needed to be minutes. I was told that I had an oil leak but not where. Also was told that my car was sending a check engine signal and was told it needed to be plugged in to a diagnostic tool but it was going to cost to do it. Do you do anything over and above to keep your customers or do you always use an oil change as a loss leader. Very disappointed More
Weston GMC is a great place to have service done on our Saturn Vue. Mike was friendly and very helpful. He ordered parts which they did not have in stock, so will be back for more service. The reason I don’t do these is because I don’t have a computer. Most of it never apples to me. I have great service from Chris in service. I also have had great service & follow up from Art Harrison. Worst dealership service EVER I stoop ignored by my truck for several minutes while staff didn’t even have the curtesy to say will be with you in a minute. Finally got helped just to be told oh this other gu for several minutes while staff didn’t even have the curtesy to say will be with you in a minute. Then sat for 1:45 minutes for a xxxx oil change. watching everyone work I saw everyone looked defeated every action was slow and labored and the opposite of good customer service. It looks like no one gives a xxxx beyond pay up and get out. Example in point as I was checking out and paying I presented my $39.95 oil change flyer you mailed me. Cashier just ignored it as I placed it in front of her face I assumed she was just ringing it up. I paid over $60 and commented I guess this doesn’t mean a thing to no reply. My truck is a 2021 I had drive axle may need service soon. I said hey maybe thats the shake I feel is someone gonna tell me about it. No comment. Fine I guess I’ll just get the xxxx out since you took my money and left. I was so furious I decided to leave as I had surgery a few days ago and the long wait had me to pissed to be polite. The only bright spot was Vivian Garner who took the time to chat with us when she saw we had been waiting a while and she is the only reason I haven’t started an entire social media push to announce how xxxxing terrible you are to paying customers. You need to fire most your service staff as none of them do their job or at least bring in a third party to evaluate what they are not doing and teach them and all your staff how and what customer service is. You need to teach everyone there to work with a sense of urgency and pride and to not wonder about casually wasting peoples time. I have worked around many dealerships and recently had many service appointments elsewhere and your staff rates the worst I have seen period. I noticed the first time I came in but thought it was a bad day. No it’s who you are so far go e no one sees how bad you are performing. I need to be charged the proper amount for my service and hope you can do better in the future for others but it won’t be on my truck. Your stupid page wont let me submit this without rating people I had no contact with so I’m giving 1 star on themtill it takes it sorry More
