I rate the service department high but careful on sales I thought I paid for something I didn't and no one has tried to fix the fact my vehicle has crazy issues other than Kris! So thank you to Kris! This vehicle had just about everything I wanted and was so excited when I got it, sad it has been nothing but a service nightmare! Once again thank you Kris! You help make it less of a headache by actually caring and trying to figure it all out! More
At the time of purchasing my car I received 2 free oil changes. I came in to get my oil changed with an apt and it took over an hour. This should not have been the case with an apt. I had to ask 3 times for my brake light to be replaced. And I had multiple people asking me if I wanted the air filters changed without including a price quote. I think it's a little pathetic when a free oil change comes out to $83. I was very disappointed in the service, even more so because it was so good when buying the car. On top of all that when being checked out the girl was unaware that my brake light had been fixed and told me I would need to come back to get that done. It seem there is a big problem with communication between coworkers and with customers. More
