Service was great, the people I dealt with were pro’s, they got my vehicle done in less than a day & what I appreciated most , was the shuttle back & forth from the shop & my house. Service was good except the last visit 12/18, Angela Rickert showed me that the cabin filter put in the car was the wrong one it's not the exact size there's gap and the filter moves. Told her that I've never brought my car to any dealer except Weston Kia. Told her why will the mechanic put in the wrong filter and she said because wrong part ordered. If wrong part was ordered service dept should waited for the correct part. Angela was speechless. Told her this time service dept should do it right. She said she'll make sure it's a different mechanic who'll install this time not the person who did last time. Was just disappointed. Told Angela don't know if I'll come back here again. Anyway she's nice to me. I'll come to Weston Kia again for service. Just hope your mechanics will always do it right to fix the car that's brought in to your shop for service. Chulita Longoria More
