After going to Weston Kia exclusively for our service the past 2 1/2 years, this is the first time it became very apparent that the management's claim of how much they care for and about their customers duri past 2 1/2 years, this is the first time it became very apparent that the management's claim of how much they care for and about their customers during the COVID pandemic was just TALK. We had to wait outside the service area for a while so the employee who was not wearing a mask could finish what he was doing and leave. He then came out and began to approach us, without a mask, wondering what we were waiting for. We were very clear to let him know it was for him to vacate the area so we felt safe going in. I can’t understand why management would think this is just some silly PM move, or a joke, and not important enough to expect their employees to follow their policies. We take masks and mitigation protocols very seriously and I would actually hope that any company that doesn’t would be honest and upfront to allow people like us to go somewhere else to be safe. In addition when we picked up the car they said it’s in space number 49 and handed us the key after walking all the way from one end of the parking lot to the other (starting from space one) we then had to backtrack all the way back to the front because the numbers looped around. Why on earth would you not point that out to a customer BEFORE they leave your desk... especially one who obviously has trouble walking I have been very clear from the time we picked up our 2018 Nero that I can’t wait to buy another one. This visit was the first time I realized I should probably check other dealerships and not just return to Weston based on my prior experience. I guess that’s what people see when you have employees who have no concern for customers around them. More

Upon scheduling my appointment I was told that the $63 diagnostic fee would be applied to my repair if I chose to have you guys repair my vehicle. After the diagnostic was complete I was going to have you guys fix the problem you found but you advise me you would not apply the $63 diagnostic fee and somebody had given me the wrong information when I scheduled. you are a very large company and I feel like even if somebody on your behalf made a mistake you should still honor that to keep a customer and to keep business. I did not even receive an apology I was literally told by Jade, “yeah I checked and we can’t do that.” No apologies, no I’m really sorry about that. No kiss my xxx. Nothing. I will be taking this matter higher as I believe it is unacceptable and terrible customer service. More
