Bought my car from Weston and this was my first service. Had to wait three hours for an oil change on my day off. Only update came after I waited an hour and was told that they didn’t have the oil filter in Had to wait three hours for an oil change on my day off. After another hour and a half with no update, I ask the service advisor the status of my car. Was told part hadn’t arrived and maybe it would if I waited another 30 minutes. At this point I explained I had other appointments I needed to be at and that we would need to make other arrangements. She walked back to the technician and all of a sudden the part arrived and my car would be ready in 15 minutes. This is after I was told it hadn’t arrived. So overall I understand that sometimes you need to wait and I’m more than happy to do that. But I arrived for my oil change at 9:30 and did not leave until after 1230. With no real updates or even an apology for my wait time. When I bought the car the service was excellent, so having this level of service was a surprise and a disappointment. I was first helped by someone different than Dan Schofield but his name was on my service report along with service technician lance price. More

I am very pleased with this dealership handling all of my needs. The staff is always friendly. They have always made me feel welcome when I come. The sitting area is always clean and neat. Had to get the heater in my vehicle fixed and Jade was super helpful and efficient in coming up with an estimate. The repair at Westin GMC ended up costing nearly $400(!) less than at Buick GMC of Beaver super helpful and efficient in coming up with an estimate. Several workers in bay were not wearing masks consistently during our COVID surge. Also, they scheduled my appointment right before the mechanics went to lunch and knew I was waiting. The oil change went over two hours and they never checked my non working hatch back latch which I requested when booking the appointment. and did not tell me when I scheduled that it was $126 just for a diagnostic! Very frustrating during challenging time. E More
