Sales department has been great but service department is hard to get into. The first time we called we were told not to bring our car in until the following week because they don't have anyone to look at it hard to get into. Then we called later that week to confirm there would be a rental available, we were told we don't have an appointment and nobody knows anything about it. Still dropped our car off but nobody looked at it till the next day and we don't know if the issue was fixed. More

Everyone is always great about getting us in earlier than our appointment time. The car always comes back cleaner after they vacuum the floor mats for us. The lobby is clean and welcoming! I went in for an oil change but I wanted them to fix my blind spot detection and they usually just reset it but I wanted it fix permenantly and they said it couldn’t be fixed permenantly until I get a litt blind spot detection and they usually just reset it but I wanted it fix permenantly and they said it couldn’t be fixed permenantly until I get a little body work done. They have been resetting it every couple of months but suddenly I say I want it fixed and suddenly they can’t even reset it. They didn’t even bother to tell me. I got in the car and the message came on so I had to go back in and ask about it before they told me. I was not happy. I will eventually get that body work done and come back and have them fix the blind spot detection, but I am not happy. More
