Chris in Service was great and was friendly, and pointed out how bad my air filters were (I live in Oregon where the smoke and fires have been horrible). Got there for my appointment they knew my name and all I had to do was go to the waiting room and wait. They came in and gave me car info, all of which was positive, I paid and left. I came in for a recall notice. I waited, I was told my vehicle needed a canister replaced, but the part needed was not in stock. I will need to come back after the part is in stock. These folks are incredible at customer service and servicing in general! Bought my car 3 years ago from them and still bring it for an oil change twice a year, and plan on always bringing it here for servicing in general!
