Service was great. Bought a 2020 AT4 had a small dent and paint issues. Service took care of the issue but when I picked up the truck there was a razor blade on my car and what they used to polish was splatt paint issues. Not effectively communicated with and wasted my time in the waiting room for 2 hours. Wasn’t told until then that the part I wanted wasn’t there and would need to be ordered and for an unreasonable price. the waiting room for 2 hours. If right off the bat I was told everything that was going on I could’ve left in about 15 minutes. When I was confused as to why the part needed to be ordered I felt mocked and ridiculed by the guy saying “yeah well it’s an 11 year old car”. Altogether was a very poor experience and most likely will never come back. More

This was my first oil change as I just bought my Kia in February. I was a little apprehensive about sitting in the waiting room for too long due to Covid but it was so fast.
