I have been going to Weston Kia for about 7 years and having my car serviced there to. I have never had a problem with the servicing. Other than they do forget to replace some parts they removed to d having my car serviced there to. I have never had a problem with the servicing. Oil change was done in a timely manner. Did not wait long. Waiting and service area was clean. Was not acknowledged for a couple of minutes while I stood on the wait here mark. Sorry for only 3 stars, but there is room for improvement. First of all, scheduling was easy and timely. Service writer was very pleasant. I needed a courtesy ride and waited for over an hour improvement. First of all, scheduling was easy and timely. Service writer was very pleasant. I needed a courtesy ride and waited for over an hour only to have the driver show up without a mask (I'm over 70 with health issues so this was very concerning). I received a call from the service writeter, my recall work was done but that I was close to 15,000 miles where the external transmission filter needs to be replaced. I thought that sounded rather early to replace, but agreed to the repair work. When I returned home I looked at the maintenance schedule (page 120), it recommends changing at 45,000 miles, not 15,000. I called the service writer and asked where he found the information to change at 15,000? He couldn't answer, statated he was very busy, but would call me back. As of this time, No phone call. I hope this was an honest mistake, and not intentional to secure a commission. More
