Took my new truck in making noise in back end. Said couldn't find anything. Had a appointment for Friday morning. No call sol called in late afternoon said they didn't have time to look at it.To leave couldn't find anything. Had a appointment for Friday morning. Great service as always, but I was surprised to get our inspection back saying we needed the tires rotated, but they never asked us if we wanted it done. Normally they go above and beyond cust svc. This time I waited hour and 1/2 and had to ask why so long? It was for a recall and 35,000 miles check. Not really sure what they did because when they were done they just handed me the paperwork, said the key is in the car, good to go. More
I am pretty upset coming from buying a new car from Toyota. They give you 5 or 6 free maintenance checkups every 5,000 miles which includes oil change, air filter change if needed, multi check point in Toyota. They give you 5 or 6 free maintenance checkups every 5,000 miles which includes oil change, air filter change if needed, multi check point inspection, tire rotations and topping off all fluids plus to tp it off a car wash too. Wish Kia could help their customers save money by giving them this as a gift for buying their cars brand new. Mike Amini is awesome and keeps us feeling welcome though. Unprofessional and shouldn’t be open during a global pandemic if they can’t follow guidelines. No one was wearing their mask properly and kept touching their faces and playing with the masks.
