The service I received on June 20th was good but I was concerned about the lack of precautions for the coronavirus. Neither staff nor customers were wearing face masks. I called and spoke with a manager w concerned about the lack of precautions for the coronavirus. Neither staff nor customers were wearing face masks. I called and spoke with a manager who said the staff will start wearing them on June 24th. I asked if customers would be required to wear them and the manager was unsure. The coronavirus isn’t waiting until the 24th to be infectious. I won’t go back to Weston until the precautions are in place. More
This dealership found a oil leak in my car during an oil change. When I question what i read and brought my car back to have it looked at. They told me that they cleaned the oil plate and tighten up some sc change. When I question what i read and brought my car back to have it looked at. I took my car home I put a picec of card board down to see if I had an oil leak. The next day the card board was full of oil. Kia knew that there was a problem and did not what to correct the problem. I will never buy another car from a Kia dealership. I what to be clear I did not buy from Weston Kia. I went to Weston Kia for service and was lied to from the service department what was wrong with my car. It wasn't something I did to the car it was a manufacture problem they did not want to deal with. More
