Although the wearing of masks is not "required" (as was curtly pointed out by your service dept employee) it is advisable. There was not one service tech wearing one in the entire building. Not one. Were they all tested periodically throughout the day? Is your company operating under the assumption that the masks are ineffective? I guess so ... and I also guess you're willing to bet OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES on that assumption. While the sanitizing of the car and keys is a great added measure, it doesn't much matter if the person wiping the stearing wheel just exhaled droplets containing millions of virus particles all over the rest of the interior. Something that could easily be prevented with a mask. I am, and always have been, very satisfied with my experiences at Weston KIA, and am not taking issue with any single employee. But rather, I am deeply troubled by the apparent lack of concern for the well being of your customers and the community at large. More
