I was out of town about 4 hours North in WA this past week for a few days, and ran into car trouble yesterday when I attempted to drive back home. I do all of my car maintenance at Weston Kia and always week for a few days, and ran into car trouble yesterday when I attempted to drive back home. I do all of my car maintenance at Weston Kia and always have outstanding customer service. So of course I called them to see how they could help me out, if at all considering I was so far from home. My best friend Amanda is the warranty clerk and of course is always there to help me in any way she can so I called her first. But from there the service writer Kris went above and beyond for me. He got a tow truck all lined up for me and now they are getting me set up in a rental while my car is in the shop. The tow truck driver’s name is Don with Integrity Towing. He drove 3.5hrs to pick me up. He made sure myself and my car got back home safely. He made sure I was comfortable. Their master tech Mike is super knowledgeable and has been very helpful in this process. I always feel welcomed and taken care of whenever I am there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their Kia serviced. More
